How to provide videos

Provide one shared Drive folder link (custody anchor) and individual file links per row below.
Permissions: share as “Anyone with the link — Viewer” (view/download, not edit), or share to the designated governed account.
Fill the metadata for each video; then Export JSON and hand the manifest back for governed processing.
